You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your EasyTouch+ device. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Please note that EasyTouch+ is a regulated and approved medical device. Its accuracy depends on correct calibration and adherence to usage guidelines. If you face concerns, our support team will assist you with calibration and proper usage before considering a return request.
To request a return, please contact us at info@agatsa.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Approved refunds (manufacturing defect only) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at info@agatsa.com.
