Cancellations, Returns, and Refund

Thank you for choosing Agatsa Software Pvt Ltd. We take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Agatsa Webstore accepts returns within 7 days from the original shipping date.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds for products within 7 days of the original shipping date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging including all packaging material, and in the same condition as received. In case the product is used extensively then put for return or refund citing accuracy issues, the return will not be processed in this case.

Refund Process

Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the refund request. Our team will guide you through the return process, which may include providing photos or additional information in case a damaged or malfunctioning item is shipped.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the product. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the product is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be the purchase price of the product minus any applicable shipping charges or restocking fees. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 4 weeks of receiving the returned item at our warehouse in a neat condition.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company or payment provider as processing times may vary.
